Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@dicamedcare.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable
